PARKING:

There are several options for paid parking. Please ask about these options when you book for further detail. Once you're parked, there is no need to move your car to explore downtown; nearly everything you could want is within walking distance of the home!

STAIRS:
This is a two story penthouse condo with several a couple flights of stairs to navigate to reach the home.There is not an elevator onsite. There is one flight of stairs to get to the front door of the condo. Once inside, there is another flight of stairs to get to the main floor. The main floor of the penthouse is technically located on the 3rd story of the building. The second floor of the penthouse is accessed by another flight of stairs, and is technically the 4th story of the building. Please keep this in mind for your group when reserving this home. 

NOISE:
This part of downtown is the best of both worlds. You are in the heart of downtown; however, this is a quieter part of the street. Noise should be limited; however, please know that you are in a downtown environment and should expect typical city noise.

PETS:
We are happy to welcome pets during your stay! If you plan to bring pets, please read the following pet policy carefully.

There is a pet fee of $48 per pet per night. Currently, while you are able to select the number of pets you plan on bringing with you, pet fees are NOT calculated in your total booking amount on Airbnb. This means the pet fee will be collected in addition to your booking total (this applies to Airbnb only). The pet fee will be requested after your booking is confirmed via resolution center and payment is due by the day of your check in. By including pets in your reservation or by bringing pets that are not listed in your reservation to the property, you are authorizing us to collect all applicable pet fees. If you have any questions about our pet policies or how pet fees are processed, please let us know! We are available for any questions you may have. Please note, cancellations requested based on issues with the pet policy or pet fee outlined above will not be considered.

SECURITY CAMERAS:

There are two exterior camera onsite. These are located over the front door and another over the rooftop deck door facing the patio area. 

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
